Hi! It's just a quick post as I have lots of things on my to do list. I have been really struggling to regain my creativity since my Dad passed away - it sort of comes in waves. As for blogging, well it's difficult to be cheerful at the moment. So sorry if my posts are a bit flat and boring. I'm sure I'll snap out of it soon. I am off to a craft retreat at the end of March with some amazingly talented ladies, so that's definitely something to look forward to!
Today's card was inspired by the colours and butterflies in the
Fusion Card challenge
and I used
Hero Arts stamps so I could enter it in their Birthday challenge (rainbow).
I used watercolour papers and Twinkling H2os to create the background. The butterfly was stamped on clear acetate and I tinted the back a little bit with copic markers. The sentiment and butterfly stamp are from Hero Arts.
Gorgeous watercolouring!

ReplyDeleteI love this. So vibrant. It stands out from the others. It looks like something that would be sold in a gift shop -- something that I would be instantly drawn to. Great work!
