I purchased some feather stamps from
STAMPlorations a while ago, because I jujust had to have them and of course they then sat in my stash un-loved until now!
I thought I would take the opportunity of the inspiration at
Case Study Challenge to break out these gorgeous stamps and I decided to try stamping on charcoal cardstock as an alternative to kraft. I think this will be a good sympathy card, although I hope I don't need it!

The stamps are from STAMPlorations Vignette Trendy Freathers. I stamped the feahers with Hero Arts White ink and brushed with pearl-ex white powder. The sentiment was stamped in black, with a Ranger emboss it marker and brushed with the same powder. After I applied the powder, I heat set, then brushed with a tissue to remove excess powder, spritzed with water and heat set again. |
I am also entering this in the
STAMPlorations Monthly Challenge - Stamps and markers
and the
Simon Monday Challenge - Stencils & Stamps.
Wow! I love the feathers! Thank you for being with CAS(E) Study this week.
