Paper Pieced Puppy

My daughter, who is christmas obsessed,  started playing Michael Bubble Christmas music today - so it really is starting to feel a bit like Christmas here, despite the blue skies and sunshine! We start early in the Martin household and of course we don't celebrate Thanksgiving, so there's no need to wait!

Speaking of Christmas, here is another tag inspired by Tracy Freeman's tag from day 1 of the 25 Days of Christmas Tags Challenge.

Yes, I've used the puppy from MFT Stamps 'Happy Pawlidays' stamp set again! I do love this set. This time I paper pieced - stamping the image 4 times to get the finished image. I didn't have any musical notes like the Tracy's tag, so I stamped the musical script with versamark and swiped gold Pan Pastel over this. The sentiment is a Silhouette cut file and the snowflake is from MFT. I used the gold Pan Pastel on these as well. The designer paper is from Kaisercraft.

    Oh my gosh is this ever the cutest thing! Love that little pup and he looks wonderful with your paper piecing, something I have not done in a while. Love your festive colors on this one!

    This puppy is SUPER CUTE, Jenny! Beautiful patterned paper for your base. Love all the gold accents with the musical notes, sentiment and snowflake. Have not used Pan Pastels very much .. but it works beautifully on your tag. Thanks for joining my tag event! xx

    :-)) I love your sweet tag! You used so smartly the stamp with the notes. This is a wonderful background for snowflakes. Great design, every detail is perfectly composed with the rest of the elements.
    I also saw your other tags. I am charmed by their amazing beauty. I have trouble creating tags and you have found so much inspiration in you. Thank you :-)
