I coloured them both with Copics, trying to make it look a bit more Painterly in the 2nd. This 1st card is using the Art Impressions Easter Blessings and I used Kaisercraft dies. The 2nd card I used the same stamp, plus the bunny stamp from Craft Consortium which i've fussy cut and mounted with dimensional tape over the bunny in the AI image. The oval frame die is from MFT Dienamics.
In case it's not clear the 2nd card is a love or friendship card.
I'm entering the following challenges:-
What a great springtime image, Jenny! I love the colors and elements you have used on both designs! They do look painterly, like awesome illustrations in a children's book!! Thank you for playing a third time in Twofer #3!! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely, whimsical image, Jenny! The loose colouring on your Easter card complements the dreaminess of the blossoms and that sweet bunny beautifully! Your second card has such a different feel, with the cooler colours, popped up bunny and black framing! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer! Anita :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful water coloring on those wonderful cards you made. I love them both. Thanks for entering the Twofer Challenge #3.
ReplyDeleteBoth are lovely cards! Really like your coloring!
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous cards Jenny - I had to look twice to see that you had used the same stamp twice!! The change of colours and the bunny in front, and the differing frames changed the look considerably
ReplyDeleteBlessings
