I inked up the stencil with Distress Inks and spritzed liberally with water and placed on top of a piece of watercolour paper, blotting any leaks with paper towel. The sentiment is from Altenew and the butterfly dies are from Simon says Stamp. The stencil is called 'Bubbles' and is from Stamplorations.
This time I sponged Distress Oxide Inks through the stencil and the spritzed to activate the colour. When dry, I stamped and gold embossed the sentiment, which is from CASual Friday.
I'm entering the following challenges:-
What wonderful cards Jenny - love the top one in particular!

Love the colors of your monoprint card and the adorable butterflies, Jenny! The Oxide inks make for another pretty stenciled card! Love the sentiment too! Thanks so much for sharing this with us at CAS Mix Up!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun stencil that is and what bright and happy cards you've made with it, Jenny! I'm sorry to say that the challenge badge indicates the prompt word must be delivered using a stamp or die. You can use a stencil, just not as the prompt element. Nevertheless, you have two sensational geometric cards for your stash! I particularly love the purples, blues, and greens of your beautiful butterfly card!! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #8! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteTwo fantastic cards from your stencil monoprint and stenciling of your circles. The colours are so bright and fun. The butterflies are a gorgeous addition on your first card and large gold heat embossed sentiment on your second. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up! xx
