Just popping in to share my entry for this month's Twofer Card Challenge.
I used Altenew Metallic Inks for both my cards. I've been using them a lot and can recommend the set.
For the background in this card, I used Cosmic Shimmer Powder (Pewter) and I am defintiely in love with this colour! I coloured the die-cut with the gold paint and then went over it with the white to get more of a White Gold. The sentiment was stamped with black and brushed with gold Perfect Pearls, for a duo effect.
I used the die to emboss this time and painted the background with the gold and white paint.
The bunny was also coloured with the paints, which looks a bit funny in the pic, but looks good IRL.
Stamps: MFT Stars Above(1st card); CASual Friday Some Bunny (2nd card)
Die: Alexandra Renke Star Wreath
MFT Stitched Rectangle
I'm sharing at the following:-
Two awesome cards Jenny! I really like the star wreath die you used and the mixture of the gold and white paints together...soooo pretty!! And that little bunny hanging onto the moon just couldn't be any cuter!! Sweet, sweet cards my friend! Thanks so much for sharing with us at The Twofer Challenge! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteI love this wreath and it's so pretty with the metallic paint! The second card with the bunny is adorable!
ReplyDeleteThe design you came up with made two awesome cards, Jenny! I love that swirly starry sky and who doesn't love that bunny hanging from the moon?! Thank you so much for playing in TCC #33! Keep safe and well! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteTwo gorgous cards... both super designs and I love the wreath die xx
ReplyDeleteLOVE how you've created the ying and yang of backgrounds for your lovely star wreaths. The first one has such a stormy vibe. LOVE the stamped black sentiment with gold perfect pearls. Very cool. Debossing the wreath and adding white and gold paint has created an angelic look for your second card. The bunny is sweet! xx
