The theme for Game #16 is Tic TacToe - choose any three elements in a row from the board and of course it needs to be a Birthday Card.
I chose the top horizontal line 'bright, embossing, masculine'
I stamped and heat embossed the sailing boat. I used Zig Markers for the image and background.
I cut a photo frame with a Kaisercraft die, stamped a sentiment and constructed the card.

Thanks Monica:) I did emboss the entire stamp, but I do find that the Arches watercolour paper sometimes absorbs the powder, so it's sort of a matte look.
