Heat Embossing (Using Stencil)

Earlier in the year we had this technique as our theme at CAS Mix Up. I made this card at the time, but didn't share it, because it wasn't really CAS.

I used embossing paste and a various embossing powders randomly sprinkled over the paste. When dry. I heat embossed it.  The bird is stamped in black and clear embossed, coloured with Zig Markers and fussy-cut.
Stencil: Simon Says Stamp
Stamps: Inspired by Stamping (Bird); Clearly Besotted (sentiment)
Die: Penny Black

I'm sharing at the following challenges:-

Botanical Sketch & Color Hues (Cream & Gold)

I'm really enjoying creating with these flower stamps and dies...

I stamped some of the flowers on the white panel and a few on spare card and die-cut after colouring.
I was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch
Stamps & Dies: Tim Holtz Flower Jar

I've run out of so much stuff due to shops being closed, staying at home and my increased level of card-making. So I had to use watercolour card and gold paint to make this cream and gold card.

I stamped a small background stamp on watercolour paper with Delicata Champagne and embossed with Silver Pearl. I then painted this with Altenew Metallic Gold Ink.  I used this panel for the the die-cuts.
The butterfly and sentiment were stamped with Delicata Gold and fussy cut.
Stamps: Prima background stamp; Inspired by Stamping Butterflies & Birthday Greetings
Embossing Folder: Kaisercraft
Dies:Alexandra Renke

CAS Mix Up - Watercolour (Beach Theme)

Hi there. Welcome back to another CAS Mix Up Challenge.

This month is a Watercolour Challenge, which means Water-colouring must be the main element of your design. Loll is our host and she's chosen 'BEACH' as the theme.

I used some of my favourite watercolour supplies and hand painted this beach scene, with the help of a couple of stamps and a die-cut for embellishments.
Stamp: Inspired by Stamping (beach)
Die: PB Out to Sea (yacht); Stamplorations (rectangle frame)
Paper: Arches Watercolour Cold Pressed 300gsm
Paints: Daniel Smith various colours, White Guache, Zig Markers for the die-cut.
NB: I used paper towel to remove colour for the clouds.

You should pop over to our blog to see amazing and unique inspiration from our fabulous Design Team. I hope to see your cards in the gallery this month:)

I'm also sharing my card at the following challenges:-

Butterfly Twofer

It's time for another Twofer Card Challenge and the theme is a favourite - 'BUTTERFLIES'!
The hardest part is choosing which butterfly stamp/die/stencil to use, so don't be surprised to see more cards! I have used a stamp from Inspired by Stamping for this twofer...

If anyone is looking for this stamp, they are still available through Joanna's Etsy shop.

This sentiment is from Penny Black and I used Delicata Gold Ink,  Zig Markers and Nuvo Shimmer Gloss Pen.

This sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp and again I used Zigs and Nuvo Shimmer Gloss. The leaves are from Altenew 'Leaf Clusters'.
You may have noticed I'm a bit addicted to the simmer - I'm even tempted to use it on masculine cards!!!

I'm sharing at the following:-
