Time Out Challenge - Pick Two

Hi there Crafty Friends! It's time for a new challenge at Time Out. We've changed up our challenge themes this year and for this challenge we want you to Pick (at least) Two from the following:-

Emboss, Movie, Nature, Corner, White, Sparkle

The tulips were 'stamped' and cut with a Spellbinders Hotfoil Plate and co-ordinating die. I coloured the image with Karin Markers. 

The embossing folder is an oldie.

I cut a window with PB Waves die and embossed the background with PB Music Embossing Folder. 

The stamp is an old favourite - Penny Black Tulip Bouquet. The butterfly is also from PB. The image was coloured with Karin Markers.

Seize the Birthday STB #317 Use Christmas Supplies

 Hi there Crafty Friends. It's time for another Seize The Birthday Challenge.  This is our last challenge for 2025. 

Ashwini is our host for this challenge and she has wants us to 'USE CHRISTMAS SUPPLIES' as her Topping.    If however, you are not in to our 'toppings' option, you can make any kind of  Birthday Card.

I used all Simon Says Stamp products, except the sentiment, which is from Pinkfresh Studio. 

I love this embossing folder so much. I chose Altenew Inks in my fave colour families, to make the Poinsettia and foliage look less like Christmas.

TIME OUT CHALLENGE #301 Inspired by ...

 Hi there Crafty Friends!  It's time for a new Time Out Challenge and this week we want you to be Inspired by: Your Favourite Holiday. 

This was an easy decision for me, because we don't celebrate many holidays now the 'kids' have grown up and left home. So Christmas is a wonderful time for getting together with friends and family.  I also love all the festive food and  decorations. 

I love navy and gold and made this card with Spellbinders Hot foil Plates and dies.

The card is shimmery and the gold foil sparkles. 

Our wonderful sponsor, Angie Blom Digital Designs, is generously offering a  $20 store credit as a prize for our Challenge Winner, who will also get an invitation to join us as Guest Designer for a future challenge

PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE Dec '25

 Hey there Crafty Friends! It's the first Saturday of the month, so we have a new Penny Black Saturday Challenge up on the blog. 

Our theme this month is 'ANYTHING GOES or the optional twist 'MUSIC'.

The flower is from one of my  new stamp sets  from Penny Black called Garden Trio.

The music score is from Kaisercraft.

I used Prismacolor Pencils to colour the flower.
