Time Out Challenge #250 Inspired by Words

 Welcome back Crafty Friends. It's time for a new Time Out Challenge and this week we want you to be inspired by a words. 

“When we focus on our gratitude, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes in.” ~ Kristin Armstrong

I focused on the word 'gratitude' and made a Thank You card.

I used a stunning die from Poppystamps (2519 Flower Field Frame craft die), our sponsor. To begin I made a watercolour background, which I die-cut when dry. I then randomly added a few rhinestones. To finish, I used another die-cut for the sentiment.

This winner of our challenge will win a $20 credit from our generous sponsor - Poppystamps and will also have the chance to be Guest Designer in a future challenge.

I'm Back

 Hi there Crafty Friends! Have you missed me? I've just returned from 6 wonderful weeks in Europe. 

I tried to make a card today and found all my black and gold ink pads had dried out and the refills are at my other house! That was a real buzz kill, so I decided to catch up with my admin. 

I noticed that The Flower Challenge are celebrating their 7th Birthday - WOW! What a great milestone!  I do have a previously made, but not shared card, so I can join in the celebrations. 

The background panel has been dry embossed and partially gold embossed.  The floral spray, from Paper Rose Studio is coloured with Karin Markers. I think the sentiment is from Memory Box, but need to check. 

I want to thank Aileen,  Viv and team for all their work and inspiration over the last 7 years. I'm so happy to hear that the challenge will be continuing, but you will be missed ❤️.
