25 Days of Christmas Tags Day 1

Yay! It's that time of year again! I love playing along with Tracy's 25 Days of Christmas Tags Event and this is the 9th year. There's always brilliant inspiration and Tracy is so organised that she has managed to get 26 wonderful Sponsors to donate prizes!

I have decided to CASE Virginia's whimsical tag. I'm always impressed by Virginia's colourful creations.






I stamped the pretty trees from Kaisercraft 'Let it Snow' in colours similar to Virginia's, the snowflakes in purple and and then the sentiment in blue. I used a stitched tag die and then went around the stitching ewith a grey fineliner to give the impression that I'd actually used thread. 
To finish, I added lots of splatter and twine.

    This is so pretty! I love the use of the purple for the snowflakes, gives your tag that extra bit of wow - no that it needed more wow! ;) Beautiful tag. Thanks for participating in Tracey's 25 Days of Christmas Tags event!
