Hi there Crafty Friends! I had to make a rush card for my Son's Birthday today (it always creeps up on me, being in December). I rummaged through my ufo stash and found the red watercolour background.
My son is an avid Liverpool supporter and is travelling to the UK in January to see some Premier League games, so the red background was perfect for the Visible Image 'Kick Off Your Birthday' stamps.
I outlined the stamped image with white gel pen to make it standout on the dark background.

Like Nancy, my son's birthday is this month as well. I find that masculine cards as hard to make, but then they have an interest, like sports or hunting or fishing or cars, it is a bit easier. I just love the bold look of this card it is going to be a hit with him. Thanks for sharing it with us at Seize the Birthday Challenge. Happy Holidays!
