It's the 3rd Saturday of the month, so it's time to remind you about Penny Black Saturday Challenge. This month our theme is 'ANYTHING GOES' or Optional: 'HEARTS''.
I used one of my favourite Penny Black floral stamps 'Tulip Bouquet'.
I then framed it with a die-cut and some pretty patterned paper with hearts.
