I love this adorable Panda stamp from Whimsy Stamps. The Background stamp is from Art Impressions .
I used Prismacolor Pencils blended with Gamsol.
This week we welcome a new Surprise Party Guest, Kathy Schweinfurth . We also have Tracey McNeeley joining us this challenge as Guest Designer. You can see their wonderful cards and more from our Design Team at our blog.

This is the cutest baby panda who doesn't love a panda. I was just watching the news last night where we are getting two more pandas here in the United States. What a joy that is. Your card is fantastic
