I just received a cute new stamp set from Avery Elle and thought I'd have a play with them.
I began by making a watercolour wash with a mix of Gansai Tambi and Acrylic Ink. When it was dry, I stamped the snowflakes (Avery Elle and Papertrey Ink) using Archival black and Distress Tumbled Glass. Then I stamped the penguin (Avery Elle), Ice (Mama Elephant) and sentiment (Papertrey Ink). I coloured the images with Zig CCRB Markers and water. I'm entering this card in the following challenges:- CAS Watercolour - Snowflakes Cas Mix Up - Liquid Colour Simon Wednesday Challenge - Winter Birthday Happy Little Stampers Mixed Media - Layers Fusion Card Challenge (Photo Inspiration) Craft Stamper Take it, Make it Anything Goes |
A sweet card Jenny - and certainly made me feel a tad cooler.
