I found it a bit challenging getting the colours right in the photo and showing the silver embossing, but I hope it looks ok.
I used a mix of blue Distress Inks and Zig Markers for the background. The sentiment is from STAMPlorations, the snowflake is an old magazine freebie and the frame die is from MFT/Dienamics.
