Hi there Crafty Friends! It's time for another Seize The Birthday Challenge.
Jules is our host for this challenge and her chosen Topping is for us to 'Add a Tag' to our Birthday card. If however you are not in to our 'toppings' option, you can make any kind of Birthday Card.
I decided to use some of my old and coveted patterned paper from Basic Grey and made 2 cards using the paper and a new (to me) co-ordinating stamp/die set from Pinkfresh Studio.

Sadly, I've forgotten the brand for the tag. I think it's Avery Elle, but it's at our beach house.

Outstanding job on both of these cards Jenny Great use of some papers that you've had around for some reason i'm always thrilled when I can do that.

And that BasicGrey... geez, I have a ton of it, but not this collection. I love it! Jenny, it's a treat to be guesting with you and the team for this challenge!
ReplyDeleteThe pattern papers are definitely amazing. I love how you've paired the colors on the focal images on the tags to match those in the pattern papers - especially in the second card, they look like they came from the same set. I like the second card just a bit more for that! :)

ReplyDeleteThese are so beautifully Bohemian!!! I too have a stash of Basic Grey papers that I've hoarded. (And some of their magnetic closures and buckles too. I miss that company.) I feel honored that you chose my challenge to part with them. Thanks for the two-fer!
