More Watercolour Goodness

I think you might see lots of posts on my blog this week because I am in Watercolour Heaven. Here are 2 more cards for Day 1 based on Jen's video.

I used a zigzag stencil over the watercolour and the Iris is made with a Penny Black die.
I think I will chance the blue enamel dot to pink when I can get one. I sometimes use Copics to change the colour, but it doesn't always give me the right colour.

I have used Creative Workshop Deco Leaves stencil over the watercolour. The sentiment is from Winnie and Walter Big Bold You (squeal!). ETA: I am linking this to W & W Join to Win.

I am entering these cards in the SSS Wednesday Anything Goes challenge and the Keep it Simple Watercolour Challenge.

  5. I love your cards! Your watercolouring is just right! Thanks so much for your comment on my lighthouse card--you were very generous! I went back to it this morning and coloured the lighthouse, itself, so now I like it better. (I posted it as an "edit" on the same blog post.)
