I sprayed the base card with metallic mint spray as well as some splatters of white. I coloured the snowflakes with silver metallic pen and then added some highlights with silver embossing powder. Next I lined the card front with acetate and mounted the panel with dimensional tape on the card base and a selection of sequins. To finish I added the die cut and stamped sentiment.
