I'm back with a card I made for my Daughter. She moved to Queensland a few months ago to live with her boyfriend and has been looking for a job ever since. She just managed to get a part time job using her creative skills, so that's a great first step!
She loves whales and her boyfriend bought her tickets to go whale watching, so I decided to make a Whale themed card to congratulate her on getting the job.
I used an old Hero Arts stamp and Distress Oxide ink to make the wash. Then I stamped the Whale with DO and shaded with Altenew Ink. Can you see the little fish escaping?
The sentiment is stamped with Altenew Ink. I couldn't resist adding the bling and the embossed border.
Stamps: Stampin Up Whale Done
I'm sharing my card at the following:-
What a simply effective card! Love your colour choices and that swirling background. The pintuck border is a great way to ground the card. Thanks for playing along with us at Less is More.
