|I used a die-cut Christmas tree as a mask and sprayed the panel with Heidi Swapp Color Shine (I love this colour!). When it was dry I die-cut the panel with a Lil' Inkers stitched rectangle die and then embossed it with Big-shot. The pink panel was coloured with distress ink and sprayed with white Color Shine. The sentiment and 2 of the snowflakes are made with WPLUS9 dies.|
I am entering this in Simon Wednesday Challenge Anything goes.
ETA: I'm entering this card in the Moxie Fab World Tree-mendous Trees challenge.
So now just to prove I can 'do' Traditional, here is a tag for Lol's Twelve Tags of Christmas event, which she is hosting at Stamping with Loll.
I black embossed the gorgeous STAMPlorations Christmas Bells on gold glitter paper and again on red card and fussy cut them both. I coloured the red card with red glitter pen and added some holly and gold beads. The tag is made with a Penny Black die. I stamped on the tag with music background and swiped gold PanPastel over the tag. The sentiment is also from Penny Black.
I'm also entering this tag in Virginia's View challenge#9 All things Metallic.

Non Traditional Christmas!
Hello there! It's Melbourne Cup Day (famous horse race) and it's a glorious sunny day, which is why I made such a bright Christmas card! As you may have noticed, I am mostly in to non-traditional Christmas colours this year - I'm enjoying all the creativity I'm seeing around blog-land!
