Maybe Next Year

The prompt at this month's CASology Challenge is SEPTEMBER.  In Australia, that means Spring, but what I am thinking about this year is the missed opportunity of a much anticipated holiday in Provence.

We are not allowed to travel this year, we need permission to leave Australia. Strange times! Anyway, it will be Autumn in France in September, so here is my card.  I was also inspired to incorporate some elements from the Festive Fridays Challenge.

The leaves made from foil and coloured with Alcohol Inks. The background was embossed with a die.
Dies: Impression Obsession 'Leaves #die030-S'; SSS 'Stacked Diamonds'; Cutplorations Stitched Rectangle.
Stamp: Altenew 'Thinking of You'

Leaves, stitching, gold, brown

Also, don't forget about our challenge at CAS Mix Up is embossing with dies. There are videos on the blog to help you with the technique.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog! I love to read your comments:)
