MFW - WCD 'Hello' / Runway Inspired take 2

Hi from a not so sunny Melbourne morning!  I've been waiting for the sun to come out
and thought I'd make a card in the meantime.

So this is another card to celebrate World Cardmaking Day.

I was inspired to make another card for the Runway Inspired challenge
and for the Moxie Fab World 'Hello' card challenge.
The Paper is from My Mind's Eye and the alphabet thickets are from
American Crafts. The flower die is from Papertrey Ink, the frame
die is Quick Kutz and the card and rhinestones are from Kaisercraft.
I've used a little bit of liquid pearls on the flowers in the DP.
