A Little Bit Shabby

Hi there1 I've had a lovely Easter at our Beach House, with Family and Friends. Today I had time to make a couple of cards.

I stamped the background with Memento Dye Ink (Summer Sky), distressed the edges of the panel and inked with Memento Dye Ink (Desert Sand). The flowers were coloured with Copic Markers.
Stamps: Stampin Up Southern Serenade, Honey Bee
Dies: MFT Scalloped Oval

I'm sharing at the following challenges:-

My next card is simple and CAS...
I coloured the die-cut Eucalyptus frame with Copic Markers. The butterfly was coloured with Zig Markers.
Stamps: Hero Arts Butterfly;  Stampin Up Southern Serenade
Die: Alexandra Renke

  1. I love the pretty yellow flowers framed with an oval and over the lacy background on the first card. So elegant and feminine! It looks like the pretty, bright butterfly loves the eucalyptus wreath as much as I do! Glad you had a wonderful Easter and time to craft too!

  2. The background stamping on the first card is so pretty Jenny and what a delicate and beautiful card. Wonderful colour combination and design on the second one. Both cards are fabulous and love the sentiments too x. Now that sounds marvellous having Easter at your beach house with family and friends x.

  3. Both beautiful cards and love the delicate background on the first one

  4. Two very cute makes - I particularly like the LIM entry

  5. Oh what beautiful cards Jenny - love them both. The one for Less is More is stunning, with great use of the colours
    Stay safe

  6. Two gorgeous cards, Jenny. I so love your design on your Less Is More card. Simple and delicate and beautiful. Thanks so much for playing with us.

  7. Love that soft blue/grey on these cards, so pretty xx

  8. Love your butterfly card - the pink and grey really work well together, though I can't see any gold? Thanks for playing along with our colour challenge at Less is More.
