Stencil on Patterned Paper

I haven't used patterned paper on my cards for a while and of course, like all of us, I have a huge amount of paper. So the theme at CAS Stencil Card Challenge gave me a great opportunity to make use of some stash.

I'm afraid I can't remember the brand of paper. I sponged Worn Lipstick D.I.  on the corners of the patterned paper, using Tim Holtz 'Lace' stencil.  I sponged the edges as well and also covered the backing panel with the same ink. The butterfly paper is from Basic Grey and I sponged the edges of this too.

Stencil:- Tim Holtz 'Lace'

Stamp:- Kaisercraft
Dies:- Memory Box 'Darla Butterfly';  Stamplorations 'Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle'

I'm sharing my card at the following challenges:-

Theme: Think Pink

I’ve popped over and joined your blog as you left a really lovely comment on mine last week for the Penny Black challenge and when I saw you were from Oz I decided to look further, I used to live in Melb decades ago.
Hope you’ll pop over to my blog and join mine, I’m sorry I’m late in replying to your lovely comment.
God bless, hugs Shaz in Oz.x
