Embossing Powder Experiments

I watched a video by Tim Holtz featuring Distress Embossing Glaze and was inspired to make a this card...

I die cut 2 Pine trees. The first tree was swiped wit white ink and embossed with Recollections Vintage Mint Powder. The second tree was swiped with cracked pistachio ink and embossed with the coordinating Distress Embossing Glaze. I then swiped a bit of white ink over the tree again, sprinkled with snow tinsel powder and embossed again.  I really liked the effect.  The deer was stamped on vellum paper, white embossed and fussy cut.  The sentiment is silver embossed.
Stamps: Penny Black 'Prancers';  Papertrey Ink 'Joyful Christmas'
Dies: Tim Holtz 'Woodlands'; Uniquely Creative 'Stitched Slopes'
Embossing Folder : Stampin Up 'Falling Snow'

I'm sharing my card at the following challenges:-
