Happy Little Stampers Watercolour Challenge (August)

Hello there Crafty Friends! It's time for a new challenge at Happy Little Stampers Watercolour.

The theme is always 'Anything Goes', so you can get out your watercolour paints, inks or your preferred medium and make whatever you like.

We have been back in Lockdown for the last couple of weeks and I've been missing our Beach House, so I was inspired to make this card...

The stamp is an old wood-mount from a defunct Australian company - Stamp It. They made great stamps and I miss them.
I stamped on Baohong Cold Pressed Paper and coloured with Daniel Smith Water-colours and Karin Markers.
The sentiment is from Stampers Annonymous.
I scratched up the inside of the Dinghy to make it look derelict.

You can see more inspiration from the design team over at our HLS Challenge Blog and we hope you'll join us with your watercolour creations.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog! I love to read your comments:)

  1. I love the texture of the cold press watercolour paper. It's just perfect for this image, which you have watercoloured to perfection, my friend! Great work! xx

  2. I still have a couple of 'Stamp It' stamps Jen. They had some good ones!! This one is great and your colouring really brings it to life. I just love water scenes, so a real winner for me! Stay safe! :)
