Alcohol Ink Lift & Stencils

Hi there. This card I'm sharing is inspired by the theme at CAS Mix Up & CAS Stencil challenges.

I didn't have the re-inker for the Alcohol Lift Ink, so I used Jaquard Claro, which is a blending solution, to remove the ink through the stencil. It was a bit too juicy for this stencil, so it looks a bit messy. But that's ok, because it's Mixed Media:)

I decided to stamp the bird and fussy cut from another AI background.

Stamps: Dina Wakely Scribbly Bird Cousins
Dies: Kaisercraft Sketched Rectangle Frame; Simon Says Stamp Hello die
Stencil: ARTplorations Leaf Prints

I'm entering the following challenges:-

  1. The colors worked perfectly for your bird, Jenny! And I love how the background has a watery look! Thanks so much for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up!

  2. Beautiful card love the stencilled background and die-cut frame
