Paper Piece Spots

Hello there. I'm very behind in posting all the cards I've been making, whilst I've been staying at our beach house.

I fell in love with these 'Quirky Birds' from Aall Create Stamps and decided to use a sponged stencil background I found in my stash.

I used various stencils and punched circles to make the sponged background with Distress Inks.  I stamped the birds on the background and fussy cut and then again on the card base.  I hope you can make out the spots.

I'm entering the following challenges:-

  4. What a brilliantly way to use spots! Unfortunately, by adding the fussy cut images this is no longer a one layer card as required for our challenge. Love the technique though, must remember this one. Please do join us again. Thanks so much for sharing with us at Less is More, Anita x

  5. I can see why you fell in love with these stamps, I love them myself, the sketchiness of them is fabulous!! The pattern you created for the birds is so pretty and love the sketchy grass and all that white space too. Might have to look at this set myself and thank you so much for joining us at TIME OUT!!
