I made a watercolour background with the 'Smoosh', 'Splash' and Splatter techniques, using Distress Inks and watered down Delicata Gold Ink:) I then die-cut the leaf, removed the bits, placed back in the negative space and matted over the watercolour panel.
Next I die-cut a rectangle, stamped the sentiment, inked the edges with the gold ink and mounted on the base card.
