Dotty Dress

I have another One Layer 'Dotty' themed card inspired by 'Less is More'.



I used an old Stamping Bella stamp, designed by Jane Devonport. 


I coloured the image with Zig Markers and added the dots with a white gel pen.

    WOW! This almost looks paper pieced at first glance but you did great coloring it in with little white dots. So cute!!!
