I used a brayer to apply the Gesso to the very old Hero Arts background stamp. Next I smooshed the panel over spritzed Distress Oxides. When it was dry, I wiped over the gesso with a damp cloth. I used the same inks to stamp the butterfly. This is definitely my favourite small butterfly stamp from Hero Arts Antique Flowers and Butterflies. The sentiment die is from Lawn Fawn.
