CASE-ing Wilma

I'm not sure why, but I just love CASE-ing other crafters beautiful creations, so I am joining in the current challenge at Global Design Project.

In actual fact, I recently made a slimline card (not shared), which reminded me of the stamping on Wilma's card, so I've CASE-d my own card too.

I used 3 shades of Distress Oxide inks for the stamping and a beautiful stamp set from Stampin Up.
A mask was used, like Wilma's card and to limit the layers. I added black splatter to tie in with the die-cut panel.

Stamps: SU Artistically Inked
Die: Paper Rose Studio Hello Peek-a-boo

I'm sharing at the following challenges:-

Here is my slimline card....

I used a bit more water on the stamp with this one and think I prefer it. I used my fave colour of Altenew Mettalic Ink for sentiment and splatter.

What do you think?

Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog! I love to read your comments:)

  1. What do I think? I think you have ALL the perfect shades of turquoise imaginable for these pretty blooms! I also think both of your cards are gorgeous - I, too, like the look with a bit more water, but they are both wonderful, Jenny!
Thanks for sharing them with The Flower Challenge!

  3. Beautiful cards Jenny - love the colours. Like you I like the softer images on the slimline card, and the more subtle greeting also.
    Stay safe
