| This is Tim's gorgeous tag - I don't have any of the supplies needed, apart from some flowers and a wooden cotton reel, so I had to improvise. |

| I used a Kaisercraft chipboard dressform, which I inked with blacksoot and then used perfect pearls to get the blue shimmer. I don't have utee, so I used Pipe dreaming opal embossing powder in a frypan. The stamps are Pink Paisley and the charm is Prima. The measuring tape ribbon was a lucky find in a fabric shop.
