This month's theme is ANYTHING GOES with the optional to use WATERCOLOUR.
I coloured the the tulips with Twinkling H2Os and a bit of shading with Zig Markers.
Then I painted a loose background wash with Distress Inks. The stamp is Penny Black 'Tulip Bouquet'. The sentiment stamp and rectangle die are from Stamplorations.
