Christmas Berries

The year is passing quickly, despite the long days in lockdown, so I thought it was time to start making Christmas cards. The theme at CAS Christmas is 'Christmas Berries'

I stamped Penny Black 'Berry Bevy' in black on the base card and in white on vellum. The white image was heat embossed and I coloured the berries with Copic markers on the reverse side. I layered the 2 stamped images, with the black showing through for a shadow effect.  The sentiment die is also from PB and the frame die is from Mama Elephant.

I'm sharing my card at the following challenges:-

Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog! I love to read your comments:)

  3. This is so creative Jenny! Love how you've stamped the shadow and added the main stamping on vellum over top. Creates a very e dreamy looking branch and berries. So beautiful with all the white background framing and pop of more red from the sentiment.
