Native Flora & Snow Happy Birthday

This is the first card I made with new stamps from Paper Rose Studio ...

I began by colouring with Zig Markers and then added shading and highlights with Prismacolor pencils.

Stamp: Paper Rose Studio Thanks a Bunch

I applied texture paste, mixed with Nuvo Shimmer Paste through the stencil.

Stamps: Colorado Crafts (Anita Jeram) Snow Happy, Birthday Wishing
Stencil: Tim Holtz
Dit: MFT Peekaboo Window

I'm sharing this card at the following challenge:-

Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog! I love to read your comments:)

  1. Wonderful colouring and shading on your first beautiful card and a super cute second one Jenny x.

  2. Hello Jenny! I love, love your technique of using past on the stencil. Your card is amazing and so stinking cute. I will store this idea away for future use on my cards. Thanks for linking up with us at Seize the Birthday Challenge.

  3. Another amazing card with native Australian flowers. Great colouring skills, Jenny! Your bunny card is so adorable. LOVE the Nuvo glimmer mixed with embossing paste. What a sweet stencil that is just perfect through your peek-a-boo window. xx

  4. Beautiful cards Jenny - and so very different. Loving your colours and colouring on the flowers, and the wee scene you have created with the bunnies is super sweet - the stencilled background behind the cut out is stunning.
    Stay safe

  5. Wow, that bouquet looks stunning Jenny. Haven't seen that set but I must check it out! The stencilled shimmery background looks fabulous in the window and those little critters are just adorable. Thankyou for playing along at Seize the Birthday too, Cathy x

    1. Thanks Cathy! I decided to invest in some of PRS stamps and make some Australian themed cards. Although, I guess those flowers are more Sth African!
