Another Twofer and a Wedding Card

Last weekend I attended the wedding of my gorgeous Niece, who is also my God Daughter.
It was in the most beautiful setting, Red Hill Estate Winery and of course she was absolutely stunning. I decided to make a card inspired by the colours of her Wedding Party.

I have used Stamplorations 'Vignette Happy Ever After' and dies from Concord & 9th and Mama Elephant.

Next I made a contrasting card using the same Concord & 9th 'Layers of Love' die. The sentiment and DP
 are from Kaisercraft.

and the 2 together...

I'm entering the following challenges:-

  3. Swoon! These are both so elegant and sophisticated, Jenny! Your watercoloring is gorgeous behind the wedding heart, and the use of the large flag banner is a great design feature! Equally, your kraft and plum design is breathtaking with that beautiful border of pearls!! Thank you so much for playing again at Twofer #2!! Hugs, Darnell

  4. What beautiful cards these are! I love the way the colours (from the wedding) sing out with the black and white. The kraft and pink is a very pretty colour combo. Thank you for joining us at Inkspirational Challenges.

  5. Oh my goodness Jenny - these are stunning - love how you have used the silhouettes against the watercolour, and then used the same die cut so differently to frame the features on both card. Absolutely beautiful

  6. What a beautiful bride! And that setting...*sigh*!! The card you made for her (and her new husband) is really lovely. That silhouette of the happy couple could have been modeled after your niece and new nephew. The heart is really lovely without being too fussy and frames your focal point perfectly. The Valentine in kraft is wonderfully complimented with those soft pastel colors. Two gorgeous cards! Thank you for joining us at the Twofer Challenge! Bev

Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour. Your second card is amazing ... I would never have thought of kraft and pink but they are wonderful together. Great design.
