Canvas and Cork

It seems that when I'm inspired by a challenge, it's difficult to stop at one card. So here is another card for the CAS Mix Up challenge, which is to use 'Canvas, Cork or Felt'.




I used canvas card which has a gorgeous texture and is perfect for blending inks. I sponged the background with Distress Oxide Inks.  I used Altenew's 'Striped Leaf Cover die', Cutplorations' 'Crazy Running Stitch Rectangle Die' and the other dies are from Penny Black. The sentiment is also from Altenew.

      Thanks Nancy. it's an altenew stamp and I white embossed it, which help it stand out.

    Beautiful card Jenny! Love those gorgeous blended colours on the canvas backing. So pretty with the die-cut leaves card front. And the cork is awesome. The butterfly is so petite ... and sweet! And great idea to heat emboss your sentiment on cork. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up! xx
