Hi there! It's time to ramp up the Christmas card production. Here are a couple of Floral cards.
I made a couple of die-cuts, coloured with Zig Markers and blended with Nuvo Glitter Gloss pen.
I trimmed the second die-cut and layered the Poinsettia. I then added a smaller die-cut and added Gold Rhinestones inn the centre. Then I added the sentiment, which was stamped with Versamark and brushed with Gold Pearl-Ex. I shaped the petals with an embossing tool.
I made a smooshed panel with Distress Oxide and Brushos. The sentiment is a very old wood-mount.
Supplies:
1st card
Paper Rose Studio Poinsettia and Holly Corner; Tim H0oltz (smaller Poinsettia)
2nd Card
Paper Rose Studio Border Poinsettia Die

Two beautiful poinsettia cards, Jenny. Your watercolored poinsettia and die cut poinsettias made such different and beautiful card designs. TFS my friend. Love and Hugs..Nancy
ReplyDeleteTwo beautiful poinsettia cards, Jenny! Love the watercolour poinsettia with the gold sentiment. The older die-cut poinsettia is gorgeous with the gold border and sentiment. Looks like it was made for a slimline card, ahead of it's time! :) xx
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous rich red you got for your poinsettia and the background on the second card, Jenny! Two gorgeous Christmas cards!
