Mixed Media Stars, Ornate Foliage & Puppy Love

I had a shuffle through my box of experimental background and decided to turn this one in to a card.

I sponged various colours of Distress Oxides on white card, leaving it lighter in the centre. I then stencilled Distress Crackle Texture Paste. When dry, I sponged more ink over the paste.
I stamped the stars with black ink and embossed with silver embossing powder. TThey were coloured with Zig Markers.
I stamped the sentiment with Versamark, swiping it on the edges a well and embossed with silver EP.

Stamps: MFT Stars Above
Stencil: Stars

My next card was inspired by the Altenew Sept Inspiration Challenge.

  1. What an amazing first card.....All textural and so eye catching. The stars are vibrant and gorgeous and love the crackle ones through the stencilling too x. Wonderful contemporary second card with a fabulous design x. Adorable and super cute 'yappy' card x.
All three cards are fabulous Jenny but I so love the first one and always great to find something to use in your experimental box....I have one of those too but nothing as glorious as this one x.
